TmarTn CSGO Lotto Scandal Explained

The TmarTn CSGO Lotto scandal furthers Valve’s rapidly developing underaged gambling problem. The YouTube star has taken heat recently due to allegedly lying to his fans about his relation with underaged gambling site CSGO Lotto. TmarTn (Trevor A. Martin) has provided differing statements in past videos regarding whether or not he has ownership with the betting site. Here is what you need to know about the TmarTn CSGO Lotto scandal.

The YouTuber with over 5 million subscribers across his two channels seems to be struggling to explain whether or not he owns CSGO Lotto. A few months ago TmarTn created a video on his second channel mentioning that he has discovered a new betting site. From his tone it is evident that he is trying to appear as though he does not own the underaged gambling site. He talks about how he was excited when he won a $69 with their service. He goes on to mention that he received the opportunity to be sponsored by CSGO Lotto. The millionaire YouTuber mentions that he would want to make more gambling videos if he did not have to risk his own skins. We will state for the record that at this point of the story TmarTn claims no ownership of the website. Now it is time to contradict.

At a later date, TmarTn made a vlog-style video in an attempt to explain the situation. He mentions that CSGO Lotto and TMarTn Enterprises are both companies. He states that CSGO Lotto pays TmarTn Enterprises for promotions, and TmarTn enterprises promotes CSGO Lotto. While this seems confusing, it is normal for the YouTuber to have developed an on-going relationship with the sponsoring site. They just decided to make things more formal. TmarTn seems to take the stance that at this point he is simply a promoter for the underaged gambling site.

This is where things start to get strange. In a video created by YouTuber HonorTheCall, evidence is revealed that suggests TmarTN might be more than just a promoter. In fact, the entire video describing his discovery of CSGO Lotto is put into question.

HonorTheCall notes that CSGO Lotto is registered in Orlando, Florida. This happens to be the same city that TmarTn currently lives in. While this does seem a bit suspicious, we can chalk it up as nothing but a coincidence for now.

HonorTheCall continues to show proof that TmarTn Enterprises (the company that TmarTn says he owns) is listed under the directors and officers for CSGO Lotto. While this is still a bit strange, we cannot truly draw any conclusions at this point.

HonorTheCall goes on to present more proof of TmarTn being the registrant of the company. I will let you check out the rest of his evidence in his video:

TmarTn finally commits to the contradiction by posting a comment on HonorTheCall’s first video. He admits to being the founder of CSGO Lotto. This indicates that he was lying in his earlier video when he said he had discovered the underaged betting site and considered a sponsorship with them. TmarTn also says that he currently owns a portion of the website. After a lot of lies we finally get to the truth about the TmarTn CSGO Lotto relationship:

Disclaimer Gate

The YouTube says that this “partnership” between TmarTn Enterprises and CSGO Lotto is not a big deal since he divulges the information publicly. He states that all of his gambling videos contain an appropriate disclaimer in the description mentioning that CSGO Lotto had sponsored the video. The problem with this is that there is evidence that TmarTn had only added these disclaimers months after the videos were posted in order to cover his ass. In HonorTheCall’s second video, archived video descriptions are pulled:

With the help from the WaybackMachine internet archive, it can be seen that the disclaimer was not there upon the video’s upload in March. The following was added to the description once he began taking fire once the spotlight shined on Valve’s underaged gambling problem.

Video made possible by CSGOLotto. Play at your own risk and please don’t play if you’re underaged or it’s not legal in your jurisdiction. 😀

This is a pathetic attempt in order to try to cover his mistakes. Do not fool yourself into believing that TmarTn shows any remorse from profiting from underaged gamblers. Setting kids on paths to addiction is just part of the young entrepreneurial lifestyle.

Knowing the Hashes

It should be noted that this part of the article is strictly speculation. When the CSGO Diamonds scandal happened last week, we learned that popular streamer mOe knew the results before the dice rolls. This allowed him to produce fraudulent advertisements that made underaged gamblers think they could make money through betting. While this should still be considered a criminal offense in my opinion, it does not compare to the potential things TmarTn could have done if he had access to the hashes. As mentioned by a commenter on HonorTheCall’s exposing video:

The owner of CSGO Diamonds knew the hashes and was able to tell mOe what the results were going to be. But since CSGO Diamonds is a player-vs-house website, mOe was not cheating money directly from underaged gamblers (although the fake advertisements are awful). CSGO Lotto features many player-vs-player game modes. If TmarTn had access to the hashes, he would be able to constantly win against real site customers. I will restate that there is no definitive evidence at this point in time of any CSGO Lotto owners doing this. But it is the first time that an underaged gambling site owner has made videos betting on his own site.

TmarTn CSGO Lotto Ownership Video

Earlier tonight YouTuber HonorTheCall released a video describing the TmarTn CSGO Lotto scandal. In the video he provides clips of the YouTube star giving different explanations of his relationship with the underaged betting site. He also reveals that TmarTn has changed the descriptions on some of his CSGO gambling videos in order to add an underaged gambling disclaimer. I recommend you take 8 minutes to watch the entire video. Be sure to subscribe to the content creator’s channel:

What Next

Illegal underaged gambling is crashing down fast. Every day there is a new scandal wandering into the spotlight. TmarTn lying to his fans about ownership, gambling on a website that he owns, lying about disclaimers, and showing an overall lack of remorse about promoting underaged gambling is disgraceful. The legality of underaged and unregulated CSGO gambling is going to be heavily questioned by proper authorities over the coming months. We can only hope that those found guilty of illegal acts are dealt with accordingly. Until then, we wait for the next domino to fall.
