Bill Simmons NFL Picks

We have decided to compile all of Bill Simmons’ NFL picks in one place in order to track his betting progress. Each week we will be collecting his predictions from his podcasts with Cousin Sal and Joe House, as well as any picks made on Twitter. At the end of each week we will grade Bill Simmons’ NFL picks and add the results to a year-to-date record.

There are some things you need to know. The first one is that we are in no way associated with Bill Simmons. This is done for entertainment purposes only. The next thing that you have to understand is that it is difficult to accurately determine what Bill is betting on. He will often make it clear that there are certain straight-bets or teasers that he is wagering on which will automatically be added to the tracker. However our team (mainly Stephan) needs to determine how genuine he is about other predictions that are made. We do not intend on holding him to every single forecast mentioned on the podcast. If he says he thinks one team might make the playoffs we will ignore it. If he says that he really likes one team to cover the spread and provides some form of reasoning we will accept it. It is not a perfect science but lets refer back to the first point; it’s for entertainment purposes.
